Snickers Sits for Snausages

Linda had the pleasure of spending time with Snickers yesterday, a beautiful collie/shepherd mix who is looking to spend her golden years with someone who will appreciate her sweet nature and gorgeous good looks.


Sitting down for treats

Snickers is currently staying at Molly's Kennels, so they started their day with a walk in the park.  Linda claims that Snickers would sit for treats, and although you and I probably think of "sitting for treats" as sitting up for treats, Snickers apparently thinks she simply has to sit down for treats, as evidenced by this picture.

From there, Linda and Snickers traveled to a Meet and Greet at Pet Valu in Dresher.  Snickers loves to have the wind blowing through her hair (as does Linda, by the way -- but that's a whole other story!).

Once they arrived at the Meet and Greet, Snickers made friends with a little guy, and they both sat for their treats.  I'd say this pup is being led astray by Snickers if he thinks sitting down for treats is the way to go.  But he's young, so hopefully he'll catch on that it's far better to sit up for delectable delights.

As you can see, Snickers is a beautiful dog who would make a wonderful companion for someone who would appreciate her little older age of about nine, her pretty coat, and her keen sense of humor.  After all, she snickers every time she convinces someone that all she has to do is sit down for those snausages.
